Standard Returns
We gladly accept returns of new, unused items purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. However, items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the original address of the order.
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:
- E-Liquids
- Atomizers (e.g., RDA & Tanks)
- Disposable Vapes
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if tamper seal is broken)
- Spare Parts (e.g., Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Rings)
- Hemp Products
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Glass Products and Accessories
Additionally, products with special seals or packaging, such as tamper-proof stickers, cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Warranty Service
Hardware devices purchased directly from our website come with a 30-Day Limited Warranty from the time of delivery. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please note that warranty coverage excludes damage resulting from accidents, abuse, customization, or user error.
Certain products, such as atomizers, disposable vapes, replacement pods, coils, spare parts, hemp products, rechargeable batteries, and glass products, may not be covered under our 30-Day Limited Warranty. For extended warranty options, you may contact the manufacturer directly.
Delivery Issue Policy
Claims for damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please inspect your items upon receipt and notify us promptly of any issues. Failure to report issues within the specified time frame may result in the denial of your claim.
Minor cosmetic issues, such as scratches or discoloration, are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under our policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To request a refund, replacement, or exchange, please contact our returns department at orders.vapehunters@gmail.com or through our website's contact form. Be sure to provide your full name, order number, phone number, and reason for the return. Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be asked to provide photos or videos as proof.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part. We do not offer replacements for defective items; instead, a credit will be issued to your account once the returned items are received and inspected. Please note that shipping charges, adult signature service fees, and Route fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Refunds may be issued back to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that we are not responsible for refunds to prepaid cards or cancelled credit cards if the cardholder no longer has possession of the card.
